Tell us about your current role and responsibilities.

I am a Style Change Mechanic, and my responsibilities are to change the style to set up and get the machine operating.

Has your role evolved since joining the team? 

I started working as a General Helper in the Weaving department. Over time, I moved to the role of a Weaver. Currently, I hold the position of a Style Change Mechanic. However, I am always open to adapting and taking on any other role that may be required of me.

What do you find most fulfilling about working at Clear Edge?

Being able to receive the opportunity to keep evolving and learning new things.

Why do you enjoy working at Clear Edge?

I enjoy working at Clear Edge because I appreciate the opportunity to work independently at my own pace and try new things whenever time allows.

What motivates you at work?

I find great motivation in being able to use my creativity at work. The thought of going back home to my wonderful family at the end of the day fills me with excitement.

How do you spend your time outside of work?

I love spending quality time with my family and traveling. However, I also enjoy being a handyman around my house, maintaining a green lawn, and tinkering with my cars.

Tell us something most people don’t know about you.

I came to this country at the age of 16 and became a citizen. I literally started with nothing, and I am proud of the life I have created for myself and my family.

What is one thing you cannot live without? 

I can’t live without my family, even though they’re the ones who give me headaches. Most of the time, they manage to put a smile on my face. I don’t know what I would do without them.
