Tell us about your current role and responsibilities?

In my job, I handle AutoCAD drawings to make sure they’re accurate and up to date. I also prepare shipping documents to ensure all the necessary paperwork is done correctly and on time. Finally, I work closely with logistics providers to arrange the safe and efficient transportation of our products.

Has your role evolved since joining the team?

When I first joined the company, I started off as a production worker and despatch rider. Through internal training programs conducted by the leadership team, I was given the opportunity to take up the role of Admin Assistant. This chance not only allowed me to expand my skills within the company, but also provided me with a platform to grow.

What do you bring to your team?

Share my skills and work experience with teams whenever they are in need. I bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from my teammates. I believe in open communication and collaboration, which helps us work together more effectively.

What are your professional goals for the next year?

I want to focus more and improve my AutoCAD skills

I really enjoy working at Clear Edge because we have a great team. Everyone in the group is a team player, which makes the work environment enjoyable and productive.

I am thrilled to have Ann as my leader! She always provides me with encouraging words and innovative ideas whenever I encounter any challenges in my work. Her guidance and support have been invaluable to me, and I feel fortunate to have her as a mentor.

If you’re starting at Clear Edge, my advice would be to be cooperative, humble, and share your skills with the team. It’s important to work together, stay grounded, and contribute your expertise to a positive and collaborative environment.

Teamwork excites and motivates me in the workplace.

I spend my time with my family members.

I believe many of the new team members don’t know my first position as a production worker and despatch rider in the company.
