Tell us about your current role and responsibilities.
I am a skilled weaver. I am responsible for overseeing the production of woven goods, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and implementing solutions to ensure the weaving process runs smoothly.
What do you bring to your team?
I am always ready for teamwork and willing to take on extra work at any given time. Learning is something I really enjoy, and I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge beyond my designated area of operation. My top priority is our customers and delivering the best possible product. That’s why I make it a point to support and train my colleagues, especially trainees, to ensure that we work efficiently and effectively towards our goals. It brings me great joy to prepare them for success in our weaving mill.
What are your professional goals for the next year?
I really enjoy sharing the knowledge and skills I’ve gained over the years with my colleagues. It’s especially rewarding to train our new recruits. That’s why I’m interested in obtaining the instructor aptitude certificate, so I can guide and support them throughout their entire training journey.
Why do you enjoy working at Clear Edge?
Working shifts allows me to have more flexibility in my personal life. The team I work with is simply amazing, and there’s always something new and exciting to do.
What advice would you give to someone just starting at Clear Edge?
Get ready to learn! Listen attentively and stay motivated. Give your best effort every day to ensure that the customer is satisfied with your product. This will help you grow professionally and pave the way for a successful career.
What motivates you at work?
What really motivates me is the power of teamwork. There’s nothing quite like collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver top-notch products to our customers in record time. There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of working together towards a common goal and achieving success as a team.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
I attend coaching sessions that focus on my personal development, including network marketing. These sessions provide me with invaluable insights and strategies to help me grow both personally and professionally. I am eager to learn from experienced coaches and fellow participants, and I am confident that these sessions will help me achieve my goals and reach new heights of success. I am grateful for the opportunity to invest in myself and my future, and I can’t wait to see the positive impact that these coaching sessions will have on my life!
What is one thing you cannot live without?
Family, friends, and chocolate.

I love listening to audiobooks and podcasts. Preferably about topics of personal development.
What is one thing on your bucket list?
I would like to travel a lot, preferably by ship.
