Paul joined Clear Edge (UK) in 1997. After holding leadership positions in European operations in Łódź, Poland, Paul moved to the United States in 2014. His career has spanned product engineering, technical support, and operations management.  In January 2024, Paul was appointed Vice President of Technology.
