Director of HR
Molly joined Clear Edge in 2022 as the Sr. HR Manager for the Minneapolis, MN Facility. After about a year and a half in that role, she joined the Global Leadership team as Director of HR. Prior to Clear Edge she held various Human Resources roles across a variety of industries including retail, real estate, and manufacturing. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
