Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Lead and oversee daily warehouse operational activities, including raw material receiving, product loading\/unloading, and warehouse operations, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols. \u2022 Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
\u2022 Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to procedure.
\u2022 Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
\u2022 Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
\u2022 Transfer goods to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
\u2022 Ensure shipments\u2019 and inventory transactions\u2019 accuracy.
\u2022 Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
\u2022 Prepare logistic related document when needed.
\u2022 Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
\u2022 Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities based on ISO9001:2015.
\u2022 Provide related training to all production personnel and ensure the effectiveness and awareness of the training.
\u2022 Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment and tools are properly maintenance and complies with safety and environment guidelines.
\u2022 Make sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
\u2022 Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
