\u2022 Work within the MRP system to look at requirements for materials for scheduled orders and adjust the plan as needed, balancing the need for available inventory with high inventory turns.
\u2022 Implement Kanban pull systems where applicable
\u2022 Work with sales team to produce accurate forecast of sales orders
\u2022 Continuously improve MRP practices through review and segmentation of materials
\u2022 Timely Communication of material shortages
\u2022 Involvement in supply chain improvement activities with aspiration to lead projects
\u2022 Work closely with Production manager for planning

\u2022 Work with all groups to improve the quality, cost, and lead time of Clear Edge products through process improvement
\u2022 Report on performance metrics for the Supply Chain Team

\u2022 Continuous Improvement initiatives
\u2022 Standardisation of processes, specifications, and methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent analytical problem-solving ability. Able to discover, analyse, document and present root causes and corrective actions.
\u2022 Project management skills and managing time and priorities.
\u2022 Excellent verbal & written communication skills – English.

\u2022 Degree in business, engineering or similar preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Proven track record in supply chain planning and\/or purchasing (minimum 2 years)
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Microsoft Office
\u2022 SAP B1 (preferred) or similar ERP systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
