We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Accountant to work with the Finance Manager APAC and will focus on:

• Preparation of monthly schedules for financial reporting, including variance reporting and expense analysis
• Assist with the preparation of annual statutory accounts and tax returns
• Preparation and lodgement of BAS, and income tax installment 
• Assist with financial projects undertaken in accordance with Company business plans
• Assist with the preparation of management reports for the management team
• Landed cost review and calculations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cashflow forecasting
• Review product costing and assist in updating BOM
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register in SAP
• Provide backup when required for AP and AR functions
• SAP Business One maintenance

Experience and Key Competencies

• Minimum 1-2 years of manufacturing industry experience (post-qualified)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• High degree of accountability and very high attention to detail
• Good understanding of business analysis of GP%, EBITDA cash flow, EBITDA, Budgets, ROI, Sales and revenue tracking reports
• BAS, PAYG & GST experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Excel skills to an intermediate level (lookup, pivot table)
• SAP (preferred) or similar ERP systems
• Preferred system skills eg. Cristal Report writing, SQ

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce with Accounting Major
• CPA qualification preferred
