Filtration Group Names Stephen J. Felice President and Chief Executive Officer

CHICAGO, Ill., Filtration Group Corporation, a portfolio company of Madison Capital Partners, announced that Stephen J. Felice has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 6, 2014.  Mr. Felice, 56, was President and Chief Commercial Officer of Dell, a leading global information technology company with annual sales of $57 billion and over 110,000 employees globally.

Mr. Felice led the Dell organization that creates and delivers specific solutions and technology to commercial and consumer customers globally.  He was responsible for Dell’s full portfolio of products.  Mr. Felice previously served as Senior Vice President and President of Dell’s Consumer, Small and Medium Business Group as well as leading the operations for Dell in its Asia Pacific – Japan region.

Mr. Felice joined Dell in 1999 from DecisionOne Holdings Corp., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ-listed), where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Under Mr. Felice’s leadership, DecisionOne became the largest independent provider of multivendor computer maintenance and technology support services in North America.
Mr. Felice currently serves as vice chair of St. Michael’s Catholic Academy board of trustees, on the board of directors for the US-China Business Council and serves on the board of The Franklin Institute.
