Clear Edge filtration™ products are used at critical stages of particle board, medium density fiber board (MDF), oriented strand board (OSB), hardboard, and wood veneer processes. Belting products are also supplied for Glass Fiber Matt and the manufacture of ceiling tiles and panel board.
Clear Edge Filtration™ offers a complete line of wire, synthetic and spiral products for forming, de-airing, transfer and acceleration positions. We also supply pre-heater or steam belts for faster, more efficient drying and increased productivity. Strength and reliability allows maximum production capacity. Ease of cleaning, non marking belts, plus superior board release ensures quality out-puts. Furthermore, products can be impregnated or coated with polyurethane, silicone or graphite to improve durability, chemical resistance and antistatic properties. Most belts are woven endless.
Clear Edge Filtration™ supplies synthetic and metal materials for forming, saturating and drying positions of glass fiber matt process. The superior design, reliability and guaranteed life of our belts results in a reduction in unplanned maintenance and a more productive plant. Heavy duty belts on the oven chain are supplied to the dryer position, so tracking and stability are critical requirements. Synthetic materials are supplied to forming and saturator positions which are highly abrasive and therefore require a long lasting and durable belt.
